Responsibilities
  • Understanding and able to operate all workstations, including Digital Box Office, Combi point, Floor and Projection
  • Handling day-to-day operations such as customer service recovery, group bookings and sales of vouchers etc
  • Ensuring the security of the premise and its facilities
  • Ensuring the location is staffed productively and optimally
  • Cash management for the opening and closing of a location
  • Assisting in preparation of the location's staff roster
  • Ensuring the location is kept in functional and presentable state at all times
  • Ensuring staffs are aware and adopting proper operating procedures
  • Assisting in liaising with vendors, suppliers and contractors
  • Conducting training and coaching of Cinema Service Crew
  • Performing random assignments and projects

Requirements
  • Recognised diploma with operations experience in cinema, F&B, hospitality or retail industry
  • Service-oriented, hardworking and willingness to learn are important attributes
  • Ability and maturity to communicate and interact with all levels of personnel within and outside the organisation
  • Able to perform rotating shifts on flexible working hours
  • Those with F&B experience will be favourably considered
  • Preferably with a valid food hygiene certificate
  • Must be fully vaccinated
  • Applicants fresh out of school are welcome
