Salary: $3.5K - 4K

Job Scope:

• Coordinate with cross-functional department such as Production, Procurement, Quality and Logistics to ensure material released and available for production orders.
• Ensure PO issued timely for required on time delivery to site, resolve supplier service level and invoice issues.
• Responsible for inventory coverage management, optimization to reduce obsolescence.
• Support new product launches by reviewing all available information to determine what to buy, when and in what quantity.
• Support annual materials planning and budgeting.
• Monitor delivery lead-time and leading indicators to support materials availability, optimal coverage, obsolescence.
• Ensures line of sight and visibility to Procurement Annual Strategic Buying Plan and pricing, management of suppliers and ensuring reliable supply.
• Ensure all SOPs assigned are up to date and optimizing business processes and comply to Good Manufacturing Processes and in alignment to corporate standard.
• Support documentation and administrative works.

Job Requirements: 

• Min. 1-2 years relevant experience 
• Min. Degree in any relevant field
