Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong design capabilities with a flair for creativity and excellent presentation skills.
• Manage projects efficiently, from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and requirements to navigate project approvals smoothly.
• Proficiency in key software tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, and/or ArchiCAD.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
• Hold a Bachelor of Architecture degree or its equivalent.
• Advantageous to be registered with the Board of Architects.
• Experienced in HDB / Condo projects / or any other residential project.
