Responsibilities:

• Respond to leasing inquiries and collaborate with Leasing Managers (LMs) to develop workspace solutions for potential tenants.
• Partner with LMs to understand tenant needs, propose workspace solutions, and foster positive landlord-tenant relationships.
• Assist LMs with various leasing activities, including:
  • Developing and implementing leasing strategies
  • Creating customized marketing materials
  • Managing lease transactions
  • Addressing tenant concerns by collaborating with relevant departments
  • Building and maintaining relationships with tenants and agents
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders, including budgeting and income forecasts from leasing activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the leasing team.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
• Must have leasing experience for Grade A buildings
