4. Career Talks/Events:

- Plan and execute career talks and events to attract top talent, providing insights into career opportunities at Aureus and fostering connections with potential candidates.
5. Job Portals Management:

- Manage job postings on job portals and platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
- Monitor job portal analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and maximize candidate reach.
6. Training and Mentorship:

- Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new team members to enhance the skills and capabilities, covering hiring processes, best practices, company etiquette, and Aureus-assigned values.
- Incorporate role-playing exercises for adaptability and scenario-based learning.
- Ensure timely completion of specialized training and provide on-the-job mentoring to support new hires in reaching their goals.
