Key Responsibilities 

1. Targets and Team Management:

    • Develop and monitoring the implementation of hiring targets and OKRs for the talent acquisition team.
    • Implement strategies to ensure the achievement of targets, including effective resource allocation, performance monitoring, and adjustments to recruitment tactics as needed.
    • Coordinate with other departments to align hiring needs with organizational objectives. 

 2. Sourcing and Interviewing: 

    • Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels.
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within Aureus, ensuring alignment with company culture and values. 

3. High Level Candidate Experience:  

    • Ensure that all candidates, regardless of outcome, have a positive experience with the organization, reflecting its commitment to excellence. 

 4. Career Talks/Events: 

    • Plan and execute career talks and events to attract top talent, providing insights into career opportunities at Aureus and fostering connections with potential candidates. 

 5. Job Portals Management: 

    • Manage job postings on job portals and platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling job descriptions to attract suitable candidates.
    • Monitor job portal analytics to optimize sourcing strategies and maximize candidate reach. 

 6. Training and Mentorship: 

    • Develop and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program for new team members to enhance the skills and capabilities, covering hiring processes, best practices, company etiquette, and Aureus-assigned values.
    • Incorporate role-playing exercises for adaptability and scenario-based learning.
    • Ensure timely completion of specialized training and provide on-the-job mentoring to support new hires in reaching their goals. 

 7. Workplace Culture and Etiquette: 

    • Foster a positive work environment aligned with company values.
    • Develop strategies to boost morale, address challenges, and organize staff welfare events to enhance employee satisfaction. 

 8. Communication and Transparency: 

    • Maintain consistent and aligned communication with the company's core values across all channels.
    • Conduct regular huddles and town halls to facilitate transparent communication across team layers. 

9. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: 

  • Drive innovation in recruitment strategies and technologies to maintain Aureus's competitive edge in attracting top talent.
