You will also be responsible in planning and developing constructive training lessons to suit the development and functional needs of our residents.

Roles and duties include:
- Daily implementation and monitoring of training program/activities.
- Daily supervision and monitoring of learners' progress in skills training using Performance Checklist.
- Work with volunteers for delivery of training programs. Give them guidance if needed.
- Ensure safety of residents and clients at all times during training.
- Provide support in promoting comfort and hygiene of residents and clients during Activity Time.
- Other adhoc duties.
