Work hours: 5 days, Office hours
Salary: Basic + Individual commissons + Team incentives 

Job Scope:

• To source and job match candidates according to their resume 
• To Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• To Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
• To Manage candidates job needs and expectations, their payroll and employment benefits.
• 360 recruitment cycle 

Job Requirements:
• Min. Degree in any field 
• No experience required as on-job-training will be provided
