Job Title: Administrative Executive

Our client is an international meat supplier, who breeds and supplies their own brand cattle. They specialize in the wholesale distribution of premium-quality meats sourced from around the globe, with a primary focus on North America and Japan. Their commitment to excellence extends beyond their own restaurants, as they also serve as the trusted meat wholesaler for numerous F&B partners across the industry.

Job Description:
- Attend to phone calls, messages, and emails enquiries.
- Order processing, issuing of Delivery Order, and invoicing.
- Data entry and filing.
- Provide administration support to operation departments.
- Clerical duties and general administrative support.
- Update daily sales records and customers' sales records.
- Liaise with warehouse, production to monitor the stock level.
- Assist in basic production operations such as vacuum packing, labeling and inventory keeping.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assign.

Job Requirements:
- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Relevant experience in administration/ data entry is an added advantage
- No experience is welcomed to apply. Training will be provided.
- Comfortable to handle meat and pork
- Willing to work in cold environment (12-15°C)
- Responsible, good team player, and willing to learn

Compensation:
- Working location: Buroh Lane
- Working hours: Mon to Fri (8am - 5pm), Sat (8am - 12pm)
- Fixed transport allowance
- AWS
- Annual leave 14 days (increase one day annually, maximum 18 days)
