Duration: 3 months
Salary: $9.50 / hour
Work hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Pasir Ris

Job Scope:
• Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
• Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
o Promote Health Programme Enrolment o Attend to queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
o Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
o Keep track of enrolment numbers
o Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
• Assist with crowd control
• Any other ad-hoc admin or customer service duties as assigned

Job Requirement:
• Minimum A level/Nitec/diploma 
• Able to commit for 3 months
