• Manage doctor’s resource and templates
• Shift and reschedule patients’ appointments
• To manage customer (patient) satisfaction feedback to enhance patient experience
• To liaise with the relevant departments in answering patient’s enquiries
• To suggest any Service Improvement Initiatives

Job Description

• Min N/O/A levels/ Diploma
• No Experience needed/ Full training and guidance will be provided during work
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months
• Able to start work immediately as positions are urgent
