Founded in 1988, our team, composed of psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors, has worked closely with many local and multinational organisations. in identifying and maximizing the potential of individuals and teams, and in promoting and maintaining psychological well-being and growth. 

 

In addition to the clinical work which is a core component of our practice, our consultants deliver wellness talks to our corporate clients on a regular basis to promote mental wellness, while our team also provides Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) support to help affected individuals manage stress reactions to critical incidents occurring on or off the workplace.

 

The Clinical or Counselling Psychologist will be responsible for the provision of psychological assessment and treatment of clients. The Psychologist will also contribute to the development and delivery of public & professional education and crisis management services for employees of organisations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counselling or psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families to address their emotional and psychological issues
  • Assessment and interventions for enhancing mental and physical well-being 
  • Assessment and administration of appropriate psychometric assessment tools
  • Design, develop content and deliver talks or workshops for public / professionals 
  • Assessment & Triage for 24-by-7 crisis hotline (on rotational basis)
  • Assist in other projects and responsibilities, as well as administrative tasks as required

 

Requirements:

  • Master or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology 
  • Five – ten years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity in administering psychological assessments 
  • Independent clinician in documentation, treatment planning and case management
  • Adept in integrating psychological perspectives into mental wellness talks and workshops
  • Comfortable presenter in the delivery of talks and workshops
  • Adaptable in managing ad hoc and time sensitive requests from clients
  • Preferable to be multilingual with English and a second language
  • Registration or Eligibility to be registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists, Singapore Psychological Society

 

Salary: Negotiable
