The Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) invites applications for the position of Research Fellow.

The Research Fellow's role is primarily to execute project in a multidisciplinary team, aiming to perform experimental measurement and optimization of the transport phenomena between gas and liquid phases and to achieve better conversion and yield of the intended application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform literature review on data available for commercial processes
• Provide estimations for data not available in literature
• Develop process flowsheets to describe the processes developed in the project and commercial processes
• Perform life cycle assessment and techno-economic analysis processes developed in the project and commercial processes
• Prepare manuscripts, reports and presentations
• Guide and train students and junior lab members
• Maintain complete documentation for modelling methods and analysis used
• Regular communications with supervisors on progress and report writing

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in chemical engineering or closely related field
• Good understanding of LCA and TEA theories and calculations
• Experience on ASPEN-HYSYS and LCA software tools
