Adjunct Assistant Professor Position in Physics

The Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP) at NTU invites applications for positions at the rank of Adjunct Assistant Professor in Physics. We are looking for candidates holding a Ph.D. degree in physics or a closely related area.
The adjunct faculty will collaborate with PAP in the development of medical physics program for both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. He/she will initiate and design relevant courses in medical physics, such as ionising radiation based imaging, non-ionising medical imaging techniques, radiation therapy physics, and others. He/she will supervise undergraduate students on research project, and to jointly supervise postgraduate students with PAP colleagues.
Research collaboration on medical physics would be strongly encouraged.
The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the field of medical physics, including training and working. He/she should have significant experience in healthcare institution, particularly knowledge in radiation oncology and techniques of proton therapy. He/she should have track record of research grants, publication in the field of medical physics, and international conference presentations.
