Supply Chain Executive

Work day: Monday to Friday
Work time: 9am to 5pm
Work Location: Robinson Road -- Fully WFO            
Salary range:   3000 – 3500 SGD

Job Scope:

• Responsible for the supply chain activity including purchasing process, placement of orders and delivery arrangement, logistics coordination.
• Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for best possible price and delivery time for each project.
• Issue purchase order (PO) to suppliers for the purchase of electrical equipment, spare parts and other components relate to the project.
• Expedite and follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery to meet project deadline.
• Coordinate with forwarding agencies for customs clearance of imports and exports.
• Collaborate with Sales & Project team to ensure alignment between procurement activities and overall project goals.
• Other supply chain functions such as updating timesheet for Project teams, month end closing submission.
• Ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by Project team
