Job Description:

• Supervise and train a team of health coaches which includes providing guidance and support to help coaches improve their skills and knowledge.

• Develop and implement coaching programs that help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Conduct pre-coaching site recce to understand coaching requirements.

• Provide coaching services that involve conducting assessments, developing personalized health and wellness plans, and providing ongoing support to help clients reach their goals.

• Evaluate program outcomes of coaching programs to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, including client progress and evaluations.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health and wellness to provide the most effective guidance to clients.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing, Nutrition and Health Promotion related disciplines or posses a valid registered Singapore Nursing Board certificate

• Trained in First Aid/CPR and able to use the AED equipment competently 

• At least 3 years of coaching or patient education experience would be a bonus

• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin/Malay/Tamil and/or also preferably a dialect

• Possess excellent communication and leadership skills

• Patient and personable

• Proficient in Microsoft excel
