Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) has a newly created position for a Senior Executive to support the Years 3 to 5 examinations and assessments.

The Candidate will play a key role mainly in, but not limited to the following:

Years 3 to 5 Examinations and Assessments

• Administer the Compulsory Assessment Forms and Quizzes (Workplace-Based Assessments, Mini-Clinical Examination, Direct Observation of Procedural Skills, Learning Progress and Posting Quizzes) across Years 3 to 5
• Administer processes and operations for examinations and assessments
• Support the implementation and review of examination policies and processes
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data
• Manage the examination system
• Provide support in examination administration and events

Participate in University, School and department events.

Candidates should have

• A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in education administration
• Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management
• Resilient, meticulous and analytical
• Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

This is a 3 years contract appointment.
