The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore is seeking a high caliber researcher in the area of biomedical optics and biophotonics to apply for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor level.

Applicants should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A Ph.D. degree in Electrical/Biomedical/Optical Engineering or other relevant discipline, with an outstanding scholarship record and a strong commitment to excellence in research and teaching.
• Strong background in the broad areas of biomedical optics and biophotonics, preferably having expertise in some of the following areas:
• Clinical technologies
• Tissue optics and microscopy
• Miniaturized devices
• Point-of-care or minimally invasive techniques
• AI for computational imaging
• Imaging of cancer and disease models
• Demonstrated experience in leading research projects involving clinical partners and technology translation to real-world healthcare settings.
