About Company:
Our client is a Japanese One-Stop Centre which has been in Singapore for more than 30 years. It started as a wholesale business for Japanese restaurants and supermarkets. Currently having 4 branches in Singapore and well-known for its fresh sashimi which is directly imported from Japan.

Job Description:
- Assist in overall accounting administration including daily accounting data entries.
- Data entry, filing and documentation.
- Manage and ensure accuracy of data and information.
- Assist in handling office administration.
- Liaising with vendors for payment activities.
- General admin duties.
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:
- Possess 1 - 2 years of working experience in accounting duties (e.g. AR, AP, reconciliation).
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to use VLOOKUP/ Pivot Tables.
- Diploma qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrates responsibility and willingness to learn.
- Possesses analytical, resourceful, and organizational skills.

Compensation:
- Working location: West Coast Plaza
- Working hours: Monday - Friday; 9am - 6pm
- Benefits: Variable Bonus, Birthday leave, Birthday voucher, OT Pay, Annual Leave
- Increment after confirmation & Annual Increment
