  • Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer’s requirement and achieve company’s objective.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise. 
  • Establish clear communication channels within the team. Ensure that team members are kept informed about project updates, organization changes, and any other relevant information. 
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member to enhance their performance and career development.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance & Admin to ensure alignment and coordination of technical activities with overall business objectives
  • To evaluate new products/system to assess its suitability to be included in the new product and service packages for promotion to customers.
  • To assist Sales Dept in the Pre-sales and tender bidding to secure new jobs
  • To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers’ expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure.
  • Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met.
