The Centre is looking for a motivated and independent Executive to support RO in the management of graduate programmes (English) as well as the activities and operations of the team.

The executive is a critical member in providing administrative and operational support to the graduate programme in a professional and timely manner. He/ She will provide administrative support in a full spectrum of graduate academic activities under the graduate programmes delivered in English. This includes programme planning and implementation, operations and support, scholarship, course administration, teaching resources, collation of statistics, facilitate examination and students' activities.

The job responsibilities include:

Course advisory responsibilities:
  • Provide course consultation (phone / email / walk-ins) to individuals and company representatives.
  • Proactively develop and follow up on leads to achieve specific targets for a portfolio of courses
  • Build and maintain the highest standard of customer relationships by handling phone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Monitor and provide regular updates to management on application status in a timely manner.


Course administration responsibilities:
  • Assume role of primary point of contact between students, faculty and internal/external stakeholders on programme matters.
  • Engage with director and faculty on course curriculum, schedules, and delivery.
  • Support application and admissions of new intakes
  • Maintain and follow the progress of all applications, and to communicate to prospective and matriculated students.
  • Plan and schedule semester and examination timetable
  • Ensure timely billing and collection of tuition fees, and processing of scholarships.


Course logistics responsibilities:
  • point of contact for graduate students and actively engage them on course related matters such as pre-course preparation, assignment, examination and etc
  • Work closely with director and faculty by providing them with useful information and feedback on students for optimum engagement.
  • Liaise closely with service providers / vendors on delivery, ensure quality products and services provided.
  • Ensure seamless programme execution and positive students experience.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures with the goal of achieving the highest service standard delivered.


Other Duties:
  • Support and coordinate centre events and activities
  • Undertake special assignments and related duties as needed.


Requirements:
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
  • Prior work experience in the area of education, student engagement, or event management will be an added advantage
  • Commitment & Interest in students/ programme management
  • Meticulous, self-motivated and a team player
  • Resourceful, customer-oriented, and enjoy working with people
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good interpersonal skill with positive and service-oriented attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service to external stakeholders
  • Adaptable, takes initiative, and can work independently
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
