A Research Associate position is available in Prof. Tong Ling's Lab (https://www.tonglinglab.com) at School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. The successful candidate will work with our collaborative, multidisciplinary team to develop novel functional neuroimaging technology in a cutting-edge research project funded by the National Research Foundation (NRF), an unparalleled opportunity to engage in high-impact research and enjoy rapid personal development in a meritocratic culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement optical interferometric imaging approach for functional neuroimaging
• Conduct experiments on cells and/or animals
• Analyze and summarize the experimental data
• Conclude the study in journal publications and patent filing

Job Requirements

• Master's degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Precision Instrument, Information Technology, or other related majors.
• Demonstrated excellence in any form of optical imaging techniques is required
• Experience in cell or animal experiment is highly desired
• Good at writing and presentation in English
