Economics Programme at School of Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, is currently looking for a talented and highly motivated (postdoctoral) Research Fellow specializes in one of the following research fields of economics - Microeconomics Theory (or Applied Theory)/Macroeconomics (applied theory or empirical).

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct research in the fields above
• Support Economics faculty members on research grant applications
• Publish papers in high quality journals
• Organize research seminars, workshops and conferences under Economics faculty's supervision, and host speakers
• Assist economics faculty on supervising graduate and undergraduate students in specified fields

Job Requirements

• Should be in possession of a PhD, preferably in economics or a related discipline within 2 years after obtaining PhD degree
• Good publication track record indicated by first author or lead author publications in high quality journals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Able to supervise both graduate and undergraduate students
