Established in 1981, the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) https://www.ntu.edu.sg/eee is one of the founding Schools of the Nanyang Technological University. Built on a culture of excellence, the School is renowned for its high academic standards and research. It is one of the largest EEE schools in the world, with more than 130 faculty members and an enrolment of more than 4,000, of which about 1,000 are graduate students.

We invite applications for the position of Senior Executive in Academic Programme Office. The incumbent shall assist on examination management matters and serve as one of the key points of contact for examination matters to ensure excellence in delivering and executing them. This includes handling the post-assessments marks-related processes and any other administrative functions and follow-up tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or a bachelor's degree
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively
• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple timelines and stakeholder requirements
• Tactful in handling confidential information
