College of Engineering International Postdoctoral Fellow
The College of Engineering (CoE) International Postdoctoral Fellowship (IPF), supported by Ministry of Education, provides opportunity for young outstanding Singaporeans with passion to pursue an academic career at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) by supporting their postdoctoral fellowship abroad at approved overseas universities.
During the period of the postdoctoral fellowship, the successful candidates will be employed as International Postdoctoral Scholar in the engineering schools of their choice. The appointment will take effect one month before they officially commence their IPF, for which they will be fully sponsored and granted paid study leave of up to two [2] years. Upon successful completion of their IPF, they will be appointed as tenure-track Assistant Professors in the engineering schools at NTU.
The successful candidates are expected to develop and contribute domain knowledge, research skills and expertise at the host university while fulfilling the requirements of the CoE IPF. They will also actively seek out collaborative research opportunities with NTU faculty and to participate in research projects, thereby deepening the strategic collaboration between NTU and the overseas university.

- Applicants must possess (1) at least a Second Upper Class Honours Degree of Bachelor of Engineering or Science, or equivalent qualifications, and (2) a PhD degree in engineering or science, from reputable universities including NTU.
- Applicants must have proof of excellence in research.
- Applicants should aspire to develop successful academic career.
- Applicants are Singapore Citizens.
