With Continuous education is now deemed as a key investment to build a knowledge-engine that powers businesses, PaCE@NTU is now searching for a Strategic and Hands-on business leader who is well-connected and experienced in the enterprise and academic training landscapes, with solid track records in building champion teams, and Super-scaling Enterprise training businesses in Singapore, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft data-supported market and audience segmentation strategy with clear and inspiring business milestones,
  • Develop enterprise L&D solutions, talent development programmes, and differentiated services with NTU faculties, researches, and industry subject-matter-experts,
  • Build best-in-class enterprise business development teams and structure, lead with gusto and can-do-attitude to hit-&-exceed inspiring target,
  • Develop strategic channels, and sales partnership to accelerate growth and democratise education,
  • Work with NTU stakeholders to align program priority, set business goals, develop sales and marketing campaigns to achieve KRA.


  • More than 10 years of relevant experience in building enterprise training businesses,
  • Not less than 5 years of people management and channel development experiences across the region
  • Validated track records with proven knowledge in growing >30% annual growth rate, consistently
  • Develop market segmentation, trend and sizing, program, audience, training solution and GTM strategy
  • L&D consultative engagement, strategic partnership, and large customer acquisitions
  • Build direct and indirect sales channels, and commercial modality
  • Lead Sales and Marketing teams to achieve inspiring targets
  • Worked in multi-stakeholder, transformational and dynamic environment

  • Abreast of enterprise training opportunities presented by business transformation and IE 4.0
  • Grassroot knowledge of training challenges faced by HR, Employers, and Employees
