The Division of Accounting Nanyang Business School (NBS), Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, invites applications for non-tenure track position of full-time Senior Lecturer to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the areas of:

• Sustainability Reporting and Management;
• Data Analytics for Accounting and Auditing; and / or
• Financial Reporting and Valuation.

The Division of Accounting runs the most established and well-regarded accountancy programme in Singapore and the region, with a long tradition of training professional accountants for leadership roles such as partners in accounting firms, chief financial officers of major corporations and managing directors of companies. The Division delivers a variety of accounting courses in the undergraduate and Masters programmes. These courses are designed to equip students with relevant knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable them to become effective and ethically responsible accounting professionals and business leaders. Qualifications
Applicants should have relevant industry and/or academic experience, a passion for teaching, and need to have at least a Masters degree, with a PhD being preferred. Knowledge of analytics tools, programming languages (e.g., R, SAS, or Python), statistical software, and their applications to accounting will be essential for the area of Data Analytics for Accounting and Auditing, including in the areas of Sustainability Reporting and Management, and Financial Reporting.

Senior Lecturers are expected to excel at teaching and service, work closely with students, and contribute to practice-based research, programme development and campus life. There should be clear evidence of scholarship of teaching and learning, including research or innovation in teaching and learning. Initial appointment term is generally for three years.

Remuneration
Successful candidates will be offered a competitive salary commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
