The Senior Executive plays a critical role in providing HR operational support in Training Administration for the University.
He/She oversees the training administration and coordination work which include processing registrations, logistics preparation, management of food and beverages for the physical trainings, implementation and feedback evaluation. In addition, he/she is also required to manage the training bonds relating to Sponsorship and Scholarships programs for the employees.

Job Description
- Provide administrative and logistical support to training and development needs of the University
- Prepare and administer bond deed signing
- Maintain bond records, tracking and updating of bond status
- Assist in recovery of liquidation damage
- In charge of Corppass administration through ServiceNow
- Handle email inquiries relating to the above area of work
- Related projects and administrative duties assigned from time to time
- Support adhoc assignment which may include awards administrations
- Ensure all requests are attended to within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related disciplines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
- Proficient in WorkDay is an advantage
