The Senior Executive plays a critical role in providing HR operational support in Training Administration for the University.

He/She oversees the training administration and coordination work which include processing registrations, logistics preparation, management of food and beverages for the physical trainings, implementation and feedback evaluation. In addition, he/she is also required to manage the training bonds relating to Sponsorship and Scholarships programs for the employees.

Job Description
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to training and development needs of the University
  • Prepare and administer bond deed signing
  • Maintain bond records, tracking and updating of bond status
  • Assist in recovery of liquidation damage
  • In charge of Corppass administration through ServiceNow
  • Handle email inquiries relating to the above area of work
  • Related projects and administrative duties assigned from time to time
  • Support adhoc assignment which may include awards administrations
  • Ensure all requests are attended to within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related disciplines
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
  • Proficient in WorkDay is an advantage
