The Cybersecurity Research Program Office (CRPO) is anchored at the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and funded by Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA). The CRPO empowers deep security research and promotes technology translation with a team of world-class technical and business talents, building the next chapter of cybersecurity ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading a top venture building program through reviewing venture opportunities and leading conversations with founders and academics.
• Source and assess early-stage startups, including making grant decisions as a part of Centre leadership team in end-to-end deal cycle.
• Work closely with the CRPO portfolio startups to strategize, build and scale, including managing funding rounds to later stages.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders, such as industry strategics and global investor networks to drive frontier conversations in the industry.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferably in business administration, accounting, or finance, with 6 - 8 years of working experience in a startup environment. MBA preferred.
• Strong financial analysis including experience in assessing and modelling valuations for early-stage innovative cybersecurity companies.
• Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with stakeholders in ensuring smooth running of programs and operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners in both the private and public sectors
