Requirements:
Qualified candidates should hold at least a Masters degree and possess a minimum of 10 years of senior industry experience as well as an excellent practice-track record. As this position is specifically for the teaching, applied research, and industry outreach needs of the Banking and Finance division, candidates must have strong and proven relevant teaching ability, evidenced by teaching demonstrations and teaching feedback from other tertiary institutions, publicly available outputs (e.g., teaching blogs, webinars), or other evidence of teaching effectiveness. Candidates must also have relevant finance industry experience and a good network that can link the university with the industry. Successful candidates should be able to teach both undergraduate and graduate courses, including executive courses and a range of other finance courses offered by various programs in the school. Preference would be given to candidates who demonstrate evidence of thought leadership and scholarship in the form of, but not limited to, good quality publications, book chapters, written cases, pedagogical research, impactful creative works or patents.
