In this role, you will use your communication and planning skills to support the Regional Directorate and Partnerships Team across a diverse and varied portfolio of the international activities of the university, managing logistics and administration of international activities, supporting special projects within a small team, creating reports and presentation materials for projects and reports and sustaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of strategic outcomes for OIE.
You must be a passionate team player and should have a good University degree in a relevant discipline such as International Relations, Public Relations, Business, Communications etc. You will have at least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment engaging with diverse stakeholders and have good communication skills and an awareness of cultural sensitivity.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at different levels will be essential, underpinned by cultural awareness and a global perspective. You will have well-developed verbal and writing skills and proven competency in all MS Office products. You are resourceful, self-motivated and adaptable and willing to contribute to an open and collaborative team, with proven organisational and time management skills, an ability to achieve deadlines and high attention to detail.
