This is a key operational role in the organization of programme delivery, as NEE's programme portfolio is expanded through increased efforts to deliver new programs as part of lifelong learning space - to help professionals deepen their skills, improve their careers as well as to help others who wish to transition in their careers to better adapt in an IR 4.0 economy.

The role involves liaising with different stakeholders ie. clients, mature, adult participants, faculty, vendors, NTU colleagues in Housing and Auxiliary, CITS, Finance etc. The delivery should meet and even exceed client's expectations.

Programme and Client Service Management
  • Understand clients' needs from BD seniors and clients themselves, so that one can better organize the delivery of the programmes to meet the programme objectives.
  • To be professional and in managing the various stakeholders including client HR, client participants, government agencies, faculty, vendors etc.
  • To be able to solve problems promptly as and when they arise, and to also be in charge of the logistic arrangements including invoicing, vendor management, programme logistics set-ups etc.
  • To ensure that programme is professionally delivered and meets and even exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare P/L budget for NEE programmes and monitor financial performance


Project Management
  • To lead and take on college projects that improve efficiency, service delivery or governance and compliance, as and when such projects arise.
  • Engage with the NEE Operations team members to meet on the deliverables in relation to the customer experience and overall efficacy
  • To work with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, clients, participants, NTU colleagues in NSS, Finance, IT, to ensure smooth program organization, logistics and delivery
  • Understand Skillsfuture funding framework to develop programmes in line with Skillsfuture requirements, and to ensure compliance with SSG rules and regulations
  • To appreciate and understand how to use data collected from programs to draw insights, improve operations and reporting, and make decisions


Operations

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 6 years' work experience
  • Experience in project/event management, in the executive education/lifelong learning space, or experience in consultancies will be advantageous
  • Proficient in general software applications that facilitate work operations
  • Ability to communicate and persuade effectively, both oral and written
  • Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
  • Able to handle the fast-paced dynamic work environment
  • A likeable disposition and a professional demeanor, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good team-player and able to work independently
