The School of Electrical and Electronic engineering is looking for a Research Fellow who will conduct research for developing integrated photonic quantum circuits. The successful candidate will perform simulations and fabricate and test photonic devices such on-chip light sources. See more details about the research group on www.donguknam.com.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform optical simulations using state-of-the-art optical simulators (e.g., Lumerical).
• Fabricate quantum photonic devices in NTU nanofabrication facility.
• Characterize the fabricated devices in our measurement lab.

Job Requirements:

• PhD degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Chemical Engineering or any related areas.
• Strong passion for pushing the boundary of human knowledge in science and engineering domain
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Good communication skills and team player
