Job Description:
- Operations Management
- Update rundown formats (demand and supply forecast) and monthly sales reports to process Distributor vehicle and parts ordering in systems.
- Maintain market, sales, pricing databases for planning and strategy activities.
- Manage vehicle pricing operations (FTA survey, Price notice, Vehicle Specs settings ) with operations counterparts in local and head office.
- Planning Management
- Analyst market, product, promotion, customer profiling and competitors' movement to optimize vehicle product, price and sales setting.
- Create business proposals for new vehicle pricing, negotiate and seek approval from all stakeholders and management
- Update profit calculation sheets with various cost factors periodically to monitor profitability and plan for profit improvement countermeasures
- Conduct cost evaluation study to understand product cost movement
- Manage ad-hoc request or issues from internal, head office, regional office and distributor counterparts
- Support management to prepare materials for top management reporting when required.
- Department budget planning and Distributor Agreement coordination.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Those with no experience are welcomed to apply (Training will be provided)
- Preferably 1-2 years of full time work experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Flair for numbers, analytical, team player, keen eye for details, multi-task and good time management ability
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
- Keen interest in automotive industry and vehicle product knowledge

Compensation:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
