Job Description:
- To manage monthly operations for regional market and sales reporting
- Support regional annual plan operations for mid-term sales planning
- Work closely with counterparts such as Sales Division, Plant Operations team etc., to steer Asia sales
- Function as main point of contact for monthly market and sales submissions to HQ
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of market and sales data gathered from Sales Division
- Prepare flash reports for internal circulation
- Manage schedule for various regular management reporting
- Prepare initial market, sales and share evaluation for regional management reporting
- Annual plan operations: to manage schedule for required management reporting in line with the key milestones and support in data gathering and material preparation
- Coordinate with stakeholders on any ETSC (Export Trade Security Controls) enquiries and department budget management
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the manager

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Economics/Engineering/Mathematics/IT
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong in numbers, problem solving, Communication skills
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Able to work long hours when required

Compensation:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday at 9:00am to 5:45pm
- Working location: CBD
