Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in using 2D and 3D AutoCAD software for creating A1 drawings.
• Capable of electronically generating and storing technical lift drawings.
• Well-versed in construction projects.
• Demonstrates strong skills in planning, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Required to conduct site visits to monitor job progress, document achievements, and report back to the office.
• Responsible for organizing meetings with project stakeholders, including owners, sub-contractors, architects, consultants, and workers.
• Compiles site progress reports and distributes them via email to all relevant parties.
• Supervises the project and ensures a seamless handover to the respective parties.
• Handles submissions and lodgments to the relevant authorities.
• Manages administrative tasks such as customer service, general administrative duties, and other assigned ad-hoc responsibilities.
