Requirements:
• Work experience in graphic design and digital marketing or related fields, including prior experience in designing eDMs and/or newsletters.
• Project management experience.
• Skilled in the use of MailChimp and Zoom.
• Comfortable communicating with overseas counterparts.
• Independent, creative, persistent.

Job description/responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Initiatives: (70%)

(a) Marketing Materials: (30)
- Create digital content or convert existing marketing materials for distribution to Healthcare Professionals and members of the public. Marketing materials include eDMs and targeted newsletters.
- Manage projects end-to-end, working closely with the Marketing & Sales managers.
• This includes liaison with the Marketing & Sales managers to ensure brand consistency and alignment of marketing materials/messages to business goals.

(b) CRM system: (30)
- Work closely with Sales Managers in management of system & process enhancements of Eisai’s CRM system. Co-ordinate, liaise & close follow-ups with CRM vendor to ensure deliverables are met within timelines. Provide CRM sales force analytics.

(c) Monitor ROI and KPIs for digital marketing initiatives and sales force effectiveness.

2) Support Website Development (30%)
- Project management of Eisai’s corporate website development including coordination between various stakeholders, monitoring timelines and close follow-ups with content contributors and management of web development vendor.
- Contribute in the creation of digital content to boost brand awareness and the provision of value-added services to Healthcare Professionals and the public.
- Monthly reporting of website stats from Google Analytics.
3) Digital Transformation Initiatives in other areas:
- Coordinate, execute and implement Eisai’s Digital Transformation in other functional areas where necessary.
- Update team on digital media developments.
