Job Summary

You will gain hands-on experience managing daily operations in a mobile alcohol bar catering environment, learning from mentors to develop skills in hospitality operations and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support day-to-day cafe and alcohol catering activities to ensure smooth service delivery
• Apply organizational and administrative skills to maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing, to coordinate with team members and clients
• Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting to meet operational demands
• Collaborate proactively with team members to contribute to a positive work environment and continuous learning
