Responsbilty

- Attend to customer feedbacks

- Maintain good relationship with customer on behalf of company

- Excellent in designing service procedure and service recovery SOP

- Able to assist in upselling

- Familiar with related agencies requirements

- Managing all the staff

- Provide training to new staff and updating current staff with latest industry trends and skills

- Monitoring staff performance and provide quarterly performance reports

- Plan and access for marketing strategy

- Simple accounting

- Stock controlling

- Monitoring monthly sales target

Requirement

- At least 10 years experience in the industry

- Knowledgeable with market products and suppliers

- Knowledge of Mandarin and English is essential ( to serve current company customer groups)

- Excellent PR skills

- Min O level
