- Lead and oversee daily operations of the wellness and radiotherapy clinics, ensuring service excellence and compliance with MOH regulations and internal SOPs.
- Manage financial operations including billing, collections, budgeting, cost control, and revenue cycle management.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, monitor KPIs, and oversee staff performance and manpower planning.
- Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and effective procurement and inventory management of clinical supplies.
- Enhance patient experience through feedback management, service recovery, accurate documentation, and compliant EMR charge management.
Requirement
- Degree with at least 5 years of healthcare operations experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Good understanding of MOH regulations and healthcare billing processes.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage operations and drive service excellence
