Job Description:
- Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman & CEO.
- Assist with daily activities, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and coordinating agendas.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials for the Chairman & CEO.
- Arrange internal and external meetings.
- Handle travel arrangements, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and visa applications.
- Attend to the personal work of the Chairman & CEO as required.
- Travel frequently for business and explore potential business opportunities.
- Follow up on sales enquiries via email.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Chairman & CEO.
Requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Professional Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Secretarial, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
- Proactive, well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to relocate to the West (near Gul Circle MRT).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work 5.5 days per week.
