1. Must have minimum 5 years of experience in construction related

2. Minimum Diploma Degree or any relevant discipline

3. Candidate must allocating resources, leading the project team, managing budgets and schedules, mitigating risks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

4. Requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills, along with attention to detail

5. First three month is probation period
