Job Description

As part of their regional growth strategy, they are seekinga high-calibre APAC Regional Sales Excellence Manager to strengthencommercial discipline, elevate sales capabilities, and enhance overall salesproductivity across APAC markets.

The APAC Regional Sales Excellence Manager will beresponsible for driving structured sales performance improvement initiativesacross the region. Reporting to the Regional Chief Sales Officer, this rolepartners closely with Country Sales Leaders and cross-functional teams toimplement scalable sales excellence frameworks and deliver predictable,profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

The APAC Regional Sales Excellence Manager will spearheadregional initiatives to strengthen sales discipline, improve commercialexecution, and drive sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets in AsiaPacific.

This role partners closely with regional and country salesleaders to design and embed structured sales frameworks, optimize corecommercial processes, and elevate sales capabilities. The successful candidatewill play a pivotal role in improving pipeline visibility, forecastreliability, CRM adoption, and overall sales productivity.

You will:
  • Lead the design and regional deployment of structured sales excellence initiatives
  • Standardise and enhance core sales processes to improve consistency and governance
  • Drive CRM discipline, data quality, and performance reporting accuracy
  • Partner with sales leadership to diagnose performance gaps and implement targeted improvements
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor commercial health and program impact
  • Facilitate cross-country alignment and ensure scalable best practices across APAC
  • Champion change management efforts to embed new tools, behaviours, and methodologies

This is a regional, high-visibility role requiring strong commercial acumen, structured thinking,and the ability to influence stakeholders across diverse markets.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • MBA will be advantageous.
  • 7-12 years of experience in Sales Excellence, Commercial Operations, Program Management, or B2B Sales within industrial, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven track record implementing regional or global sales effectiveness initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of structured sales processes (lead management, funnel discipline, account planning, pricing strategy, customer development).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.).
  • Strong program management and change leadership capability.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
