- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals (brand, performance, product, content, events).
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital: paid search/ social, email, SEO, content; offline: events, PR, direct).
- Manage campaign budget, forecast ROI, and allocate spend to maximize lead generation and conversion.
- Create and oversee content strategy (messaging, thought leadership, collateral, web, social).
- Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and design to align go-to-market plans and enable sales with materials and training.
- Use analytics and marketing automation to track performance, segment audiences, nurture leads, and improve funnel metrics.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelance resources.
- Lead, hire, and develop a small marketing team; set goals, KPIs, and career development plans.
- Ensure brand consistency and govern creative assets and guidelines.
