Lead development and execution of marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, demand generation, customer acquisition, and retention. Own cross-channel campaigns, product positioning, and marketing programs that support revenue and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals (brand, performance, product, content, events).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital: paid search/ social, email, SEO, content; offline: events, PR, direct).
  • Manage campaign budget, forecast ROI, and allocate spend to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Create and oversee content strategy (messaging, thought leadership, collateral, web, social).
  • Collaborate with sales, product, customer success, and design to align go-to-market plans and enable sales with materials and training.
  • Use analytics and marketing automation to track performance, segment audiences, nurture leads, and improve funnel metrics.
  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelance resources.
  • Lead, hire, and develop a small marketing team; set goals, KPIs, and career development plans.
  • Ensure brand consistency and govern creative assets and guidelines.
