Key Responsibilities
Requirements
- Achieve and exceed agreed monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide professional consultation to customers on upright, grand, and digital pianos
- Understand customers' musical background, goals, and budget to recommend suitable instruments
- Deliver a customer-oriented buying experience from first enquiry to after-sales follow-up
- Handle customer objections and concerns with strong problem-solving skills
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, teachers, and institutions
- Coordinate with technical team for delivery, tuning, and after-sales service
- Monitor market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge updates
Requirements
- Proven experience in musical instrument sales (piano sales preferred)
- Deep knowledge of piano construction, tone characteristics, brands, and market positioning
- Strong understanding of customer psychology and consultative selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with high service standards
- Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays (retail environment)
