Roles & Responsibilities

• Managing and supervise the following jobs:
• Conduct work site investigation and advice about renovation works
• Manage and supervise contractors about design, specifications, drawings, work descriptions by following Singapore Law.
• Design and make calculation sheets and detailed trial calculations
• Calculate cost /budgetary expenses for every project
• Obtain quotations from suppliers.
• Need handon experience at least 20 years supervisor experience
• Handle inquiries from clients and vendors to do additional works
• Prepare process reports if clients requested
• Knowing of construction and renovation work flow is a must
• Participate in meeting with clients
• Need some handson on wet works

Requirements

• Experience of managing staff members
• At least 20 years of experiences of constructions or renovation and supervise site experience
• Ability to solve technical problems
• Team player and cooperative to staff and vendors
• Good interpersonal skills
