Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Prepaid / Stored Value Cards to customers

• Explain the benefits and usage of prepaid balances across our venue

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable prepaid packages

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Assist customers with payment, activation, and usage enquiries

• Support in-store promotions and sales activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old, presentable, with good communication skills

• Sales experience is an advantage (service, hospitality, lifestyle, wellness industries preferred)

• Strong customer-oriented mindset and sales motivation

• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Fluent in both Chinese and English is an advantage
