Key Responsibilities

Daily Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure work aligns with project plans.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, monitor hazards, and ensure compliance with site policies.

Progress Monitoring: Track project progress, maintain site schedules, and manage worker teams to meet deadlines.

Quality Control: Inspect workmanship to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

Coordination: Act as a link between workers, contractors, and Project Managers/Site Engineers.
