Requirements:
- Manage and oversee M&E design, procurement, and installation across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and civil teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors on technical and project matters.
- Lead project team to complete project within schedule
- Represent Company to liaise with all designers, consultant, project managers and clients
Technical Oversight
- Review and approve M&E designs, drawings, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with codes and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor the quality and safety of installations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during execution and commissioning phases.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure all M&E works comply with local building codes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage testing, commissioning, and handover processes for M&E systems.
Project Management
- Develop and maintain project schedules specific to M&E deliverables.
- Track M&E budgets and control costs; prepare regular progress and financial reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of M&E materials and equipment.
Requirements:
- ITE/Poly/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or any engineering field
- Prior experience in interior fit out works would be an added advantage
- Office proficient in (AutoCAD/ Microsoft Office/ Microsoft Project)
- Fluent in English, both written & spoken
- Independent, resourceful, pro-active and team player
- Possess good organization, planning and project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
