The Clinic Manager will ensure the smooth daily running of a specialist dermatologist clinic. He/ she will be working closely with senior management.

Job Description

• Ensure smooth daily operation flow, including logistics, supplies, equipment, stock, etc
• Participate in continuous quality improvement
• Review and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements
• Oversight of staff
• Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all staff within the clinic
• Assist in administrative work such as insurance documentation/claims, upkeeping of patient data, billings, and invoices
• Manage the inventory of medication, consumables, and equipment including ordering, stock taking
• Counter duties and front desk management
• Handle and troubleshoot patient feedback
• Reporting to senior management
• Carrying out any other duties related to the functioning of the clinic as required or directed

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of managerial/supervisor experience, preferred
• Clinic administration and operations experience will be an advantage
• Degree/Diploma will be an advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work independently
