Event Ticket & Marketplace Sales Associate

Adecco is seeking an Event Ticket & Marketplace Sales Associate for a client in Singapore. This role involves supporting ticket sales and marketplace booth sales for events held at prominent locations such as the Singapore Botanic Gardens and Gardens by the Bay. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with various communities, corporate entities, and government organizations to drive group ticket sales. This position requires excellent communication skills to act as the primary contact for potential customers and to assist in coordinating event logistics. The role also involves collaboration with third-party vendors and the Finance Department to ensure accurate revenue tracking and account reconciliation

Benefits

• Hourly compensation ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
• Work schedule from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Work location includes Singapore Botanic Gardens and Gardens by the Bay during event setup and show periods

What You Will Do?

• Generate group ticket sales through various sales leads and conduct cold calls to engage communities, corporate, and government organizations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries via phone and email
• Assist in coordinating the scheduling of group tours and ensure proper documentation is maintained
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to reconcile accounts and sales, ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Support marketing efforts by coordinating with the appointed PR agency and participating in roadshows and publicity events

Your Skills

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and address inquiries
• Ability to coordinate and schedule group tours and maintain accurate documentation
• Experience in collaborating with third-party vendors for account reconciliation and sales tracking
• Proficiency in supporting marketing activities and coordinating with PR agencies
• Capability to organize and participate in roadshows and publicity events leading up to the main event
